On October 28, the Kick-Off meeting took place at the University of Oldenburg / ForWind. In this Joint R&D Project ConUp supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy a protective method that is independent of a specific manufacturer will be developed to allow for safe re-parametrization and retrofitting of wind turbines. Windrad Engineering will focus on developing an advanced protection system of a wind turbine to secure site-specific optimization for improving efficiency and energy production.
